:: Processing and manufacturing of the resin.

:: Iimpregnation of the paper with resin solution

:: Drying the impregnated sheet at elevated temperatures to remove solvents and advance the resin condensation to a point at which the resin flows adequately, but not excessively on pressing.

:: Cutting and assembling the sheets.

:: Assembling the prepared sheets with the MDF boards on a assembly table.

:: Pressing the assembled sheets at elevated temperatures and curing the resin.

Standard size and thickness of the product is 8x4 and 18mm respectively. Special sizes and other thicknesses can be made available on request.
